Atta Plant

We offered atta plant for wheat and other grains from emry stone atta chakki with pre-cleaning of material.

• Capacities : 200 and 400 kg /hr in semi auto
• 800 kg to 1.6 ton /hr in fully automatic mode
• Min area required 800 sq. Feet

Working line: Semi cleaned material clean in pre cleaning stage through cleaning plant, in cleaning plant husk, impurities, sand , stones are remove. Then in another stage stones and gravity type separation done.

Then after material goes to storage and moisture adding process done in storage tank.

In next step material goes to stone chakki for natural grinding process, after grinding pneumatic system for collect fine atta powder to the cyclone auto separation system.

At final stage very pure fine atta(flour) comes as output.
